I just noticed that a lot of photographers seem to avoid using film these days, even though there’s so much buzz about its unique aesthetic. I recently took a workshop that focused on film techniques, and it made me wonder why we don’t embrace it more. Are we missing out on something important?
I feel you on this — , it drives me nuts when people overlook film’s magic. I recently participated in a community event where we shot only on film, and the results were stunning. There’s definitely value in embracing that tactile process, but maybe some photographers just find digital easier to manage.
