Unexpected benefits of planting a garden

I decided to start a small vegetable garden this summer, and it’s been surprisingly therapeutic. Beyond the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, I’ve found that spending time tending to the plants really helps clear my mind after a long day. Anyone else experience something similar with gardening or other hobbies?

I totally get the therapeutic aspect of gardening — it’s like meditation for me. When I’m feeling stressed, I find that just watering my plants or pulling a few weeds really helps me focus and relax. Have you considered trying any herbs?
