The art of capturing genuine smiles

I’ve been reflecting on how important it’s to create a comfortable atmosphere for my subjects. Recently, during a session in the park, I noticed that when people let their guards down, their true emotions really shine through. How do others approach connecting with clients to evoke those authentic moments?

I totally feel you on creating a comfortable atmosphere. I find that sharing a personal story is a great way to break the ice and help clients feel more relaxed. It’s cool how those little moments can turn into genuine smiles.

Creating that relaxed vibe is key! I’ve found that using humor can really ease tension — like making a silly face during a candid moment can lighten the mood. What kind of icebreakers do you like to use, @lufo999?
