Did the latest Lightroom Classic patch make exports faster for you? Saturday’s 612-image wedding went 14:22 with Smart Previews only on an M2 Pro MBP (down from about 22 min), and if this is the update and not a fluke, what other small tweaks are you using to squeeze more minutes out of export/backup overlap?
Exporting with Smart Previews has worked wonders for me, especially on larger projects — i also batch process smaller sets while backups are running, optimizing my workflow. Have you found any other settings that help?

I totally agree, the speed boost is noticeable! I’ve also started using a more streamlined folder structure which helps during exports and keeps everything organized. Have you tried that?
