Capturing the Spirit of the Wild

I spent last week in the heart of the Serengeti, chasing after a pride of lions at dawn. There’s something utterly surreal about the way the morning light kisses the savannah, highlighting their golden fur as they stretch lazily. I’d love to hear about others’ experiences in iconic wildlife spots — what’s your favorite memory behind the lens?

Chasing lions at dawn sounds incredible! I’ve had my own moments in the Okavango Delta, but , sometimes the lighting can be such a pain. Have you tried using a polarizer filter to really enhance those golden hues? It made a huge difference for me at sunset.
